✨ Make & Do
Make: ပစ္စည်းတစ်ခုကို ဖန်တီးတာ၊ အသံတစ်ခု ထွက်အောင်လုပ်တာ လိုမျိုး များသောအားဖြင့် အရာဝတ္ထု တစ်ခုကို ပြုလုပ်တဲ့ နေရာမှာသုံးပါတယ်။ [My dad likes to make food.]
Do: အလုပ်တစ်ခုကို လုပ်တာ၊ လုပ်ဆောင်မှုတစ်ခုကို လုပ်တာ စသဖြင့် Action တစ်ခုခုကို လုပ်တဲ့နေရာမှာ အသုံးပြုပါတယ်။ [I need to do housework.]
✨ Refuse & Deny
Refuse: ငြင်းပယ်တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တစ်ခုခုကို ပေးတဲ့အခါ ကမ်းလှမ်းတဲ့အခါ မယူဘူး၊ မလုပ်ဘူးလို့ ငြင်းပယ်တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ [ I refuse to argue.]
Deny: ငြင်းဆိုတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်မလုပ်ထားဘူး၊ ကိုယ့်မှာမရှိဘူး၊ ဒါကို သဘောမတူဘူး စသဖြင့် ငြင်းပယ်တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ [ Most deny that the sky is orange.]
✨ Say & Tell
Say: Sentence ထဲမှာ နားထောင်တဲ့သူ မပါဘဲ တစ်ကိုယ်ထဲ ပြောတာကို Say နဲ့ သုံးပါတယ်။
[She said that she was hungry.]
Tell: တစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်ကို ပြောပြတာကို tell နဲ့သုံးပါတယ်။
[Tell your brother to make his bed.]
✨ Stay & Remain
Stay: သူ့ကိုတော့ Informal အနေနဲ့သုံးပါတယ်။ နေရစ်တယ်၊ ကျန်ရစ်တယ်လို့ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရပါတယ်။
[Don’t stay out late.]
Remain: အဓိပ္ပာယ်ချင်းတူပေမယ့် remainက Formal အသုံးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
[Though the team lost, fans remain loyal.]
